From my past experience, I used lanolin oil applying on my body before swimming. I discovered that without applying oil, skin was dried out due to chlorine affected. I know some of our customers who apply to body during winter after taking shower. Some use for hair, knee, elbow and feet. It's a great moisturizer without feeling greasy on the skin. However, I prefer to pour in the hot bathtub. After I lay down in the tub for 20 minutes, I can feel the moisture all over my skin. You can do only in warm water and finish up with cold shower. You will feel fresh & relax after that. Or, you can also out a few drop of our Mt Retour Certified Organic Lavender oil in the tub for better aroma & relaxation. Try it!
